I recently had the pleasure of visiting Safinat Al Bahar Building Material LLC at their Al Qouz Branch in Dubai, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped in, the staff welcomed me with warmth and professionalism, ready to assist with my specific needs. Their extensive range of high-quality building materials is impressive, and the team's knowledge and expertise helped me make informed decisions with ease. What stood out most was their commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring that I left the store confident in my purchases. A big thank you to the entire team at Safinat Al Bahar for making my experience so positive and hassle-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and quality building materials in Dubai. ~ rajeiv b

The staff in Safinat is absolutely amazing. I’ve been here multiple times now, and they constantly surprise me with how helpful they are. Their customer service is on another level, even if I just send them a quick video of a product or a part I’m looking for, they actually take the time to search for it and get back to me. And if they don’t have it in stock, they don’t just say "no"—they suggest alternative that will get the job done. That kind of dedication they have. I don't have much experience with hardware stuff, but they always make it easy, giving great advice and making sure I get exactly what I need. A huge thank you to Arsalan, Noman, and Habib. You guys are the backbone of this place and are doing an amazing job helping Safinat grow. Appreciate all the help! Br Furniture Doctor Upholstery and Interiors LLC ~ mohammad a
